REGISTER AN OOC ACCOUNT FIRST
The Citadel uses a systems where character accounts are linked together via an OOC account. It is REQUIRED that you have an OOC account which is separate from your character account. This account serves a number of purposes, such as letting people know which account they need to get in touch with. It also allows staff members to know who plays who.
If you are going to register please do so with a pen-name that you don't mind other people knowing. If you have already registered an OOC account then you can disregard everything above.
REGISTERING A CANON
This isn't how you do it!
The names of the major canon characters are all locked, meaning you can't register them normally. To get access to a canon account you need to post their app from an OOC account and then if the staff are happy with it they'll make the account for you.
